Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Trustseed FZCO, trading as Whal3Core (“we”, “us”), processes personal data. It covers this website, brand-account signup, and — once a Service Agreement is in force — player data we process for operators.

1. Who we are

2. This website and signup

When you request access, book a walkthrough, or create a brand account we process the business contact data you submit: name, work email, casino brand, and related commercial fields (entity, country, licence, website). We use this to run signup, send verification and signing emails, and communicate about the contract.

We also process technical logs needed to operate the site (for example request metadata on our hosting). We do not sell this data or use it for advertising profiles.

Lawful bases for this processing are taking steps at your request toward a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a B2B signup and securing the service.

3. The Whal3Core service (operators)

After a Service Agreement is signed, you are the controller of player data you send. We are the processor. That relationship is Schedule 3 of the agreement (including SCCs and the UK Addendum). There is no separate DPA to sign.

We do not need player names, emails, or identity documents. Typical client data is a wallet address, chain, amount, timestamp, and your own player reference. Public blockchain data is read from the supported networks and is not supplied by you.

We enrich wallets through a blockchain-intelligence provider and score them with our own engine and casino registry. Player records are not shared with other operators. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to operate and improve the service, as Schedule 3 describes.

4. Sub-processors and hosting

The service is hosted on Amazon Web Services (region us-east-1). We use an email delivery provider to send transactional mail, and a blockchain-intelligence provider to enrich wallets. A current sub-processor list is available on request and is maintained under Schedule 3 Annex 3 of the Service Agreement.

5. Retention

Signup and contract records are kept for the life of the commercial relationship and as required to evidence the agreement. Client player data is retained as Schedule 3 Annex 1 provides, then returned or deleted on instruction after the term.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold as controller (website and signup contacts). Write to access@whal3core.com. Player requests relating to operator-held data should go to the operator; we assist them under Schedule 3.

7. Changes

We will update this page when our processing changes. The dated version here is current. Material changes to processing of client player data follow the notice mechanics in Schedule 3.
