Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Whal3Core website and the brand-account signup flow at whal3core.com. They are issued by Trustseed FZCO, trading as Whal3Core (“we”, “us”).

The paid wallet-intelligence service is not supplied under these website terms. It is supplied only under the Whal3Core Service Agreement that an authorised signatory signs during signup (clauses 1 to 13 and Schedules 1 to 3). If those documents conflict, the signed agreement prevails for the service.

1. The website and signup

You may browse the public site. To create a brand account you must use a work email on your company domain, agree to these terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Personal mailboxes are declined.

Creating an account does not grant console access and does not start billing. Console access is invited after Trustseed FZCO confirms the signed contract. Billing starts on the Go-Live Date in Schedule 1.

2. Authority

The person who starts signup may not be the person who signs the Service Agreement. Signing is a representation that the signatory is authorised to bind the named legal entity. We may refuse or reverse a signup that we cannot confirm as a genuine contractor.

3. Electronic signing

The Service Agreement may be signed electronically by typing or drawing a signature and initialling the required clauses. We record the signatory’s name, job title, signature image or typed mark, clause initials, and the time of signing. We do not record IP address as part of the signature record. A confirmation email is sent to the brand contact. A PDF may be downloaded from the signing page. Trustseed FZCO countersigns after review; the client signature alone does not complete mutual execution.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or signup flow: no scraping beyond ordinary browsing, no attempts to break authentication, and no submitting data you are not entitled to send. Reads produced by the service, once live, are decision-support only and are not legal, compliance, or financial advice.

5. Changes

We may update these website terms. The dated version on this page is the current one. Changes to the paid service are made only as the signed Service Agreement allows.

6. Law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Notices: contracts@whal3core.com.
